Hi, I’m Ben, the technician behind Tui Spas. Originally from the UK, I’ve called Queenstown home for more than 8 years and have spent the last 7 specialising in spa servicing across the region. From luxury home spas to high-turnover Airbnbs, I’ve worked with a wide range of spa brands, systems, and technical challenges.
Before becoming a full-time Queenstown spa technician, I worked as a fabricator, welder, and even a roller-coaster engineer, roles that taught me precision, problem-solving, and attention to detail. I started Tui Spas to offer a service built on communication, pride, and genuine care, helping homeowners and property managers keep their spas clean, healthy, and running exactly as they should.
